Heh...I'll have to find my pic for my enhanced laptop cooling system.

Just think of it...

A laptop with a chinese take out box with a fan inside, connected to the cooling slot for the laptop. Connected with 100% duct tape. To power the fan, a powersupply sitting on the desk.

i took an old 486 laptop apart because the screen broke, took a box top and folded it into a L-shape, taped it so it would hold, then mounted the lcd screen on it and all the electronics on the back.

then i took the keyboard and made it a custom box to hold it in and mounted it to the front and put a real mouse on the ps2 port because the old one in the laptop was broken.

i actually got it to boot once ^^

all those colored wires going to that small PCB on the front of the box top came from an old emachine case i had lying around that was broken. i spent about 30 minutes trying to get the wiring order right so the power light, power switch and hdd light working right lol.

only thing i can see topping that is the one pic some one posted (i think it was sheena) of a rat going inside the computer getting its head stuck between the network card and video card and burning to death

I was too cheap to buy a case, so this is the box the computer shipped in. I probly should have sprung for a case because this never worked.

Does the 20 dollar laptop I bought yesterday count?
