Crosshairs And Favorites Gone Missing

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't restore them</div> Two days ago I log onto Steam, start NS, and find that my binds, crosshairs, and favorites are gone. I did absolutely nothing to delete them. Playing without crosshairs is a bit annoying.
After dealing with this for a bit I downloaded some crosshairs off the net to replace them, aaaaaaaand they don't work. Every time I add a server to my favorites, it's gone when I restart NS. My binds will stay, though.
I'd like to know how this could have possibly happened, and why I am having no luck in getting crosshairs to work when everything is in the proper directory.
