Decals Not Showing Up, Voice Comm Not Working.

<div class="IPBDescription">Related issues? I've tried everything..</div> When I join a game, my decals dont show up. Alien blood splatters, bullet holes, things of that matter. I've reinstalled NS, didnt work. I deleted the entire NS folder and then reinstalled, didnt work. I've deleted my entire <i>Half-Life</i> folder, reinstalled, didnt work. Everytime I reinstalled NS, I ran Half-Life before I ran NS. I have no idea whats going on! Would changing my rendering from D3D to OpenGL change this? I'll have to give that a try.

Second problem is my mic wont work. It just doesnt register with the game or something of that sort. It works <i>fine</i> with ventrilo, so its not a mic problem, but instead a problem with Half-Life, or something else on my system, possibly even something ventrilo did. But I'm not sure <i>what.</i> The mic works, so I just need to find out that problem.

Fixed the decal problem. Not the mic problem.. had to switch to openGL.

Violence

Check under your voice settings options in game. Make sure you voice enable and test it a few times to make sure it works.
