Potatos! White Or Yellow?

ok so im doing some potatos for dinner when i see them and think.

are they yellow or are they white?

    Well, the potatoes with brown skin are white. The ones with yellow tend to be more yellow. I'm not sure about red, but I think they're white, too.

    Brown skin white, yellowy-ish skin white with a yellow tinge, red ones are white, too.

    Nice ripe and green ones are best.
