Oddities Making A Sound Pack

Ok, well im tring to make a starcraft sound pack to go with the two different packs for rines and aliens. Problem I'm running into is when the marine catalyst sound plays (SC marines tsst one) it loops endlessly when a marine gets it in Combat or Classic maps. Any idea what would cause this?
