Nope, this is new from the GDC thingy.

So this is on the NEW game-cube thingy then? I thought it looked too good to be on the regular GC... and now I think I may have to buy one.

Eh. It doesn't look that great. Same areas we all saw in OOT, with new riding sections. I preferred Wind Wakers visuals, anyway. People needed to stop whining about the cel-shading. It wasn't childish, and it wasn't kiddy. It's called bright and colorful. Maybe if you weren't all insecure, budding goths you'd realize that.

Nope, as far as I'm aware its for the 'regular' GameCube.
Apparently the GameCube is very powerful little machine
but its full potential is very rarely used. Resident Evil 4 used it
    well though.

And yeah - the Gamecube can put out graphics better than the PS2, it just never gets the attention it deserves.

EDITS: I kinda like that Link rescues some kitties in the new trailer...then to keep up with the dark, evil style it turns out that the owner is abusive and Link has to kill her to keep the cats from dying! omg! What a twist!

    There's no sailing it seems.

Going by that, it can't be worse than Wind Waker.

I stopped playing the Zelda games after Zelda III. I tried the first N64 one (?) for a bit, didn't like it, watched someone play Wind Waker, didn't like it... downloading trailer for this one now. I am hoping for awesomeness.

testament either needs eyes, or a braille version of the trailer. i don't think he was really seeing what he was watching.

Whatever they do with this game, however bad it is, i'll still buy it.
Although i don't see how they could make a "bad" zelda game, it's a physical impossibility

You'd think so, but just to challenge themselves (I'm hoping) Nintend went and made 3 for the CD-i.

There's just nothing special in the trailer. The graphics aren't that amazing, the areas aren't very inspired. Ooh...sewers...that look almost the same as the ones from OOT. Ooh...a dark forest. (Kokiri anyone?) It's all too dark and dreary. It's dull.

Yeah, Athena, you didn't like Ocarina of Time for the N64? i struggle to comphrehend what could make a person dislike that game. i dare say you are not a true gamer! :E

They did? Oh Thank God. I was really hoping I was wrong. I should have actually read what I linked to, in all honesty I knew that they existed so I just googled for the first page that seemed to have relevent information.
