    The bigger question that I have is, why does your username still have an exclamation point in it? I thought all of that stuff was removed by the server transition. I want my apostrophe back.

    Back to the topic. I have seen this occasionally, but it doesn't happen more in the newest version than in previous versions, as far as I can tell.
