I Cant Play Ns

i did everything it said to load the new ns
i did it all but i still cant play...i dont know what i should do about this
someone please help

I am having the same problem, i just downloaded ns and i have been trying to get it to work but i have no game executable and i cant get it going on steam either, any help would be appresheated. i did the stuff about running half life to c that i had the base files and that was ok just like with that other guy.

I dont know where i go to open NS. I will go in to HL but under games it dosent say NS or Natural Slection so i dont know where to go to play it. PLEASE HELP

namgyal5, you need to have loaded the training course under Half-Life (the non-Source edition), and quit from the game. Quit Steam, by right-clicking on the Steam icon, and clicking on Exit Steam. Then run the NS installer.
After that has all finished, start Steam back up, and log into the network. If you look under "Third Party Games", under My Games in Steam, you'll see the entry for any third party mods for any game that Valve make that you've installed, and Natural Selection will be in that category. Double-click on Natural Selection, then it'll load. Setup your prefernecs, then click "Find Games", join a server with an ns_ map running, then play to your heart's content...
