<div class="IPBDescription">Alien Upgrade Question</div> You know the upgrades, like carapace, regeneration etc? When i select them i morph, which is cool, but how do I get a higher level, like 2 or 3? I click on the same or different ability and nothing happens :[
Also, can I have two different abilities

yeh , 3 chambers mean u got the lvl 3 skill , the manule tells u the exact difrences in levels i think

When you put your mouse over the upgrades side of the tree, you'll notice 3 branches: movement, sensory, defense. Each of those has three options (EX: movement has adrenaline, celerity, silence.) Out of any one branch, you can only have one of the three upgrades. (If you have adrenaline, you cannot buy celerity or silence) There is no way to 'unlearn' a trait, so if you dont want adrenaline anymore, you have to go die.

When the aliens have 1 hive up, they can only build ONE type of upgrade chamber (either defense, movement, or sensory), and that type will be noted beside the hive in the top right corner. They can build as many of them as they want to, but they can only build that one type. Which chamber type you get is dependant on the first one that a gorge decides to build.

When the aliens have 2 or 3 hives up, you can have 2 or all 3 upgrade chambers, respectively.

The level of an upgrade is only dependant on the number of appropriate upgrade chambers. (EX: if you have 2 movement chambers up, when you buy adrenaline you automatically get it at level 2) You do not need to evolve the same trait multiple times in order to make it higher levels. The small number beside each upgrade is NOT the level of that upgrade, it is the cost in RPs.
