City Of Heroes Gets More Injections Of Awesome

I'm considering resubscribing
Wow! It's mostly aesthetic stuff, but some of this stuff looks sweet. In the next issue [update] (#4, Coliseum), they're adding in a PvP arena where huge matches can be arranged and set up to the maker's liking. It's all in good fun, too. Not to mention, more costume options. I've only seen about a couple of them, but they're pretty detailed, and if they add some nice futuristic options (Jetpack, dammit, Tank needs one!), I'll probably be sold for another few months.
Really intriguing is the new character build options, apparently, you can now tweak just about every body part to your liking. if you remember the old one, there were two sliders: height and physique. This seems pretty cool. You have no idea how many times I've wanted a slim but muscular hero (narrow shoulders but beefy arms), and this looks to solve my wishes. Now if only they'd make it easier to level for Tankers....
Speaking of which, I'm pretty sure Tank Junior is deleted by now, so it gives me some reason to start a new hero. Probably a scrapper. I just wish there were more scrapper power sets. But in any case, what do you think? New stuff worth it? I personally love all this free new stuff NCSoft is giving us. It's coming fairly fast, too. We got capes in less than half a year, and now we're getting eastern-flavored items and even more customization options.
Oh, and Gamespy has some poorly-written preview of the new content, but the screenshots are the most intriguing.
EDIT: Narfwak, we must continue the adventures of the Narfwak and Tank! I was enjoying being useless. I want to pretty much start new, make a scrapper. It seems as if you can wear the Gis and Eastern-style stuff over a normal suit, so does this mean power armor with karate gear over it?

I'm too poor to buy an MMORPG.

EDIT: Yeah Aldaris, I heard about that. Sounds like good news.
I've been in since release and haven't stopped loving it. I still haven't cured my altoholicism yet. I must have somewhere around 40 characters I jump through every now and then.
