Can't Install My Game.

Ok, I've installed my game in the default location and all the other locations that I can think of but when I go onto Steam and go "Play Games" Natural Selection isn't there.
When I go onto Servers, find a NS game and try to play, it goes to the "Browse Games" section.
And when I go onto Half-Life, and onto Custom Games, it's not there!
Can someone please help, this is really annoying.
By the way; I'm installing 3.0
