Game Gets Stuck...

<div class="IPBDescription">when i join a server...</div> well since the new version...in some servers when i connect and try to join a team
the game gets stuck, this happend only after the new beta...and its really annoying...
if there is any way to generate a log in the game plz tell the command for it..
