Hennessey Jnr, if all you've got is a large WinZip file, then you've downloaded the wrong file. The NSv3.0Final download is a self-contained executable file.

Delete the one you've downloaded, and follow Faskalia's advice in the link

well i got an exe file and it still wont work, and faskilla doesnt quiet help me with his instructions
