<div class="IPBDescription">Problems with '{grate' texture...</div>WTF?

This texture is screwed up bad.  In game, the texutre has blue edges.  I think i remember this prob. from before.  Is there anywhere I can get a copy of the texture that DOESN'T have the blue-edge problem?  It's the perfect texture for part of my new map (ns_moragoth), and I need it bad.  

And one more thing.  Is there a way to make it so I can float around my map (like noclip), so I can get good screenshots?  It wont let me use 'noclip', and I turned sv_cheats on <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->

as for the textures...  i know what you mean.  a lot of the textures seem to still be unfinished.  im just waiting it out cus i suck at texture editing.  eventually someone will fix these.
