    So how many actually made an ASCII image without a generator? That second one looks too much like a picture for it to be someone to have wasted countless hours to write colored letters, thus removing coolness points.

    that's because it was a picture used to generate a colored ascii map/picture

    Thanks for the info, but what I mean is that from far, there's no difference. They're just huge pixels in the form of letters, it's not cool lke the first one, where you can guess the eye out, but it looks different from the oh-so-famous image.

    Actually, I took the image off the NS mainpage, and found an ascii generator and made it. But yes, it's generated, like hell I am going to make it by hand, but it still looks damn cool!
