Hack Cam is a program created by Out of Ammo for catching cheaters in Valve games. It works by monitoring players and analyzing their playing style, looking at other players in the area, determining what can and cannot be seen by the player, etc. It's pretty damn cool. Check it out.
So that's in-game, right? I sure hope so... that'll be just so infinitely useful for catching cheaters.
I *really* like the box on the top-left, saying "high chance wallhack", "aimbot detected", "fire through wall".
Gj to the developers of this.
Although i understand that's not the point of this. It's just that those seem to be kinda pointless unless they are so obvious that you wouldn't need the program.
That's balogne. I would regularly see near-perfect headshots through walls during my tenure at a LAN center, and seeing as how I could watch any of the players there (and that I knew most of them pretty well), I knew that no one was hacking. Nice headphones and a nice mousepad do wonderful things.
