I'm one of two Welsh people on the forums, to my knowledge, and my Russian is awful. It is better to bay the HL2 for 30 $ in Russia and play this versions of Ns and future Ns based on HL2 imho.
but I think, that 10 dollars (about 300 rubles) isn't a serious problem for middle russians.
