    Hmmm, possibly the original Prince of Persia. Zool 2 was good as well though. Then there's Another World and ye olde classic, Megalomania. It's hard to choose :O

    *edit* Or Lemmings *edit*

    Chaos Engine was pretty sweet.
    Oh and World Of Sensible Soccer was better than Sensible Soccer.

    There was also a top down puzzle game where you had all this little men and had to direct them through various spacship levels using arrows and such. I was addicted to that game. Can't remember the name tho.

    Yes. Yes it was.

    Was there ever a PC version of the sequel (Heart of the Alien)? As far as I know it was only for Sega CD, which sucks...

    Actually robocod was the follow-up, it was originally james pond :p

    IK++ > all

    To be honest though there were so many I couldn't name them all... it was all just pure goodness from rick dangerous to cannon fodder :3

    Sigh....

    Walker, Cannon Fodder, Syndicate (although better on the PC), all the demos, Magic Pockets, Gods, Blood Money, Sensible Soccer, Jaguar XJ220, Populous, Lemmings, James Pond, James Pond II : Robocod, Chaos Engine, Wings of Fury, the Dizzy series.....

    I got bored about here. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Arr, I forgot Cannon Fodder and Robocod!

    Tell me, would it be legal to download roms of some of these games if I already own them? I mean, I could just get my Amiga out of the attic but

    A: I'm not sure if it still works
    B: I'll have to dig through the crap up there to find it
    C: Last time I checked the sound on it was borked anyway

    Or is the Amiga old enough to be considered abandonware? I can't see any problem with downloading Amiga ROMs seeing as you can't exactly buy the games in the shops any more...

    Oh yes, and Moonstone. One of the first games to have a gore on/off option <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Skidmarks was not bad, dizzy games were good, flashback looked amazing, but was a little to hard for me at the time.

    alien breed and chaos engine were great, I went back and replayed chaos engine recently, its got great music.

    Anyone remember this? I used to obsess over this for some time.. a huuge platformer with unique monsters/artwork in every level, the aim was to find 4 pieces of your heart scattered around Chimera, by throwing switches to open new pathways, solving puzzles, etc. Had kickass music too <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Niall! ? That program owned, it was even trying to talk back with custom answers by analysing the grammar etc if i remember correctly. After some time of "chatting with it", it began to say really hilarous things. Pure gold. It may not be the same program you're talking about but Niall rocks. Try it!

    Oh yeah and IK++, Settlers, Bubble bobble, Elite, Frontier ... so many good games.

    Speaking of apps, there was some really good trackers too, like protracker, octamed, ... I remember when my A1200 was controlling an entire home-studio ... Like 4-5 drummachines (606 707 808 909) and about 6-7 synthetisers (2 SH101, 1 Jupiter 8, Juno 106, 303, etc) with a midi interface plugged into weird converters to have a CV-gate and/or "sync" signal. *tears*

    Get used to it, it was a brilliant game but prone to crashing just when you're near the end!

    Aside from Moonstone, Stunt Car Racer, Sensible Soccer and Cannon Fodder stood out for me as classics.
