Help On Listen Server W/ Plugins

I need help getting a listen server up with plugins going on. Like Amx plugin with lerk lift (marines,HA,Onos,gorge), Recycle thing (/res), and extra upgrades/levels (go past lvl 10 and get other upgrades, like etheral shift,etc). i tried to do it previously but i think i messed up. and the sma's where invalid and stuff? i dont know. can anyone help me step by step. maybe post their own guide or pm me with an SN(aim,yahoo,msn) so i can contact them. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
edit: i tried using the documentation and stuff too, but it got confusing. like where do i unzip the ns stuff. where do i install the amxx. then where i put the sma's. i didnt see the .exe program in the scritping folder like the manual said i would see. etc... i just installed it really bad >.> this is for steam too right? because i couldnt find the directories it wanted in steam... nor an ns folder, like the other mods have their own folder =/
