<div class="IPBDescription">or 3? who cares. There are new ones!</div>I have recently installed 2 new firefox extensions that are so pwn, and thus require linkage:
<a href='http://syncmarks.mozdev.org/' target='_blank'>SyncMarks</a> is an awesome little extension that lets you syncronize your firefox bookmarks w/ your windows 'favorites' folder, and do other things like export them to xml/html.
Even though I don't use IE at all, I do have the 'favorites' thing turned on for the XP start menu so that I can quickly use the keyboard for blazing fast bookmark loading. So whenever I found a new site to bookmark it was a hassle to have to load up IE just to make a silly bookmark so it'd show up on my Favorites menu. No longer, as now bookmarks are automagically syncronized!
<a href='http://www.iosart.com/foxytunes/firefox/index.html' target='_blank'>FoxyTunes</a> interfaces w/ Winamp, Windows Media Player, and a variety of other media players to let you control them all through Firefox. This isn't a new extension by any means, but its new to me, so I'm posting it. :P
The reason I never tried it before is I figured it would be cumbersome on Firefox's UI. Most extensions that add things to the toolbars do it in a really crappy manner that borks things up, but not this one. It adds itself to the status bar in the lower right corner. When I first installed it I didn't even notice it. It's pixel size is perfect so as to not raise your status bar any more than it normally would be, and the icons look decent enough. It's quite pwn.

Who the hell stays up until 1:00 AM browsing the NS forums waiting for someone to post Firefox extenstions topic so they can flame them? Someone's a loser.

On topic;
Nice find doomeh.
So far the only extension I've used is SAGE. It's okay but it's rather redundant, since RSS Feeds can be viewed by the live bookmark link. The only secondary use I've seen for it is to put the entire post in the window. <3 RSS.

FoxyTunes is awesome. Thanks, Man.
You're all losers and I'm awesome
Foxytunes is awesome too, but not as awesome as me <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
You're all losers and <b>Pulse</b> is awesome

double fixed for even more awesome.
Trick question: We are not cool.
Anyway, FoxyTunes is amazing (been using it for a couple of months), the other one I personally don't care about.

Edited for gramatical sense....(loser)
Doomeh, nice finds! /me downloads
Anyone have any favourite extensions?
Any tabbed browser user can attest to this problem: opening an ungodly amount of tabs in the same window. Sometimes you forget which ones you have read and which ones you have not. <a href='http://blog.codefront.net/mozilla/unreadtabs/' target='_blank'>Unread Tabs</a> simply italicizes tabs that you have not yet read. Simple but good.
I also find <a href='https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=134&vid=1226' target='_blank'>Copy Plain Text</a> a boon for when you want to plagarise a paragraph with links/formatting to put in a text document. It will copy only the text, not the links or that weird comic sans font the author used.
Shouldnt I be able to highlight and copy "<span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><b>Copy Plain Text</b> - Firefox Extension</span>"
and get "Copy Plain Text - Firefox Extension"

Uh, I'm pretty sure what Mantrid meant was "'We are we so cool?' is a trick question, because we are not cool", and not "A trick question: are we not cool?"

Highlight and right click then select "copy as plain text"
<b>DictionarySearch</b> - Searches an online dictionary when a highlighted word is right-clicked. Useful when browsing smart-people websites.
<b>ForecastFox</b> - Displays a little icon with a tooltip down in your taskbar, which gets weather for your town from weather.com.
<b>MapIt!</b> - Gets directions to highlighted addresses from Mapquest.
