Does Newegg Normally Suck This Much?

I ordered a replacement motherboard from newegg last sunday.

the status currently reads

Are they normally this slow/inaccurate with their estimates? I emailed their support in the middle of the week about this, and I still haven't gotten a response. Meanwhile I'm without a computer.

    Newegg sent me the wrong video card when I ordered an X800 XT. I got a Pro VIVO, which sucks **** compared to the one I ordered. Then, when I called to get the right one sent, they said "Oh, someone else already purchased that."

    Needless to say, I'm done with Newegg.

    Never had a complaint, got everything within 3 days of order and its been what I wanted for I think maybe 15 items I've got from them.

    if your order transcript said the x800 and you paid the price, I would demand that you be given the right one

    they can't give somthing they don't have, the best they can do is assure you the next one to come in, or give you a refund. you could possibly sue them but you would end up waiting and spending more money then its worth.

    I have had rather good experiences with NewEgg as well, though I originally didn't like them much. My vid card was half-dead when I received it, asked for an RMA, and got my replacement around 3 days later (after they received my RMA dud that is). Also got a new PSU 3 days after I ordered it.     Well, obviously I got refunded the extra cash. But now the machine that was supposed to be my 1337 ninj4 rig is limited by the VIDEO CARD of all things.
