you need to pick your team wisely. after losing a few rounds you get the idea of who the power players are, on both sides. they often know this as well and try to stack one team. make sure you're on that one...
Well, Doomeh, you may suck at team games, but I'm one of the worst gamers all around. I've never won a deathmatch game, except in the occasional 1-on-1. I've been playing online since Q2 (though didn't play Q2 much cuz I was young). Some people just naturally suck. I have good reflexes, moderate aim, great movement, and yet no matter what I do, I lose. I don't even try anymore. You shouldn't, either.

Even if I wish teams every other round the team that I will have joined will lose. And if one team has been constantly winning for the entire game, just utterly beating the crap out of the other, I can join that team and they'll lose.
I don't get it. Even if I was the worst player on earth I shouldn't be so bad as to lose the game for my entire team on a constant basis.

meh sometimes i get that when i play cs:s.
I usually get so aggrivated from being team flashed all the time or subjected to stuff that would so get you killed (in both the game and in reality) of fired from your job that i have to quit for a while.
This includes stuff like having to rechamber a round EVERY TIME you draw your sidearm. instead of just drawing and firing it.
omg ive died so many times b/c of this. or that stupid "spin the desert eagle when you draw it" instead fo just being able to draw and fire. <!--emo&--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I don't agree with teamstacking if one side is winning... unless of course they're stacking to the losing side :3
If one team is getting pounded enough I'll usually switch to turn the tables if I can; there's no fun in an easy victory. Besides... you're only as good as your opponents.

well I was trying to keep it simple but the full equation is the square root of the mean of your opposing team plus the co-efficient of the worst player in your team <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
orrrr you could just look at it like this... - Your team is only as strong as it's weakest member - Your personal skills at the game are tempered by the challenges you face.
Therefore you're only as good as your opponents while your team is only as good as the weakest player. That means if you're the weakest player the teams are equal <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I'm random at pool... I'm usually not much good at it but sometimes for no apparent reason I get these sudden killer streaks where I just start potting everything and even pulling off trickshots. Dunno why but it's fun when it happens even if it doesn't last long :3
I occasionally have good streaks in pool. I haven't played in a while, but when I used to play all the time I did crazy things, such as hitting the cue ball AND another ball off of the table in a single shot, without trying to.
