<div class="IPBDescription">"Endless Nova"... with pixely goodness!</div> This game is freeware, and has been since it was made.

Saw this on HotU some time ago and got it, but didn't finish playing it. But it is actually a pretty good game. Might get you nostalgic and stuff.

<a href='http://www.bur.st/~rpgxst/cgi-bin/load.cgi?rpgmaker/rpgmaker2000/rtpe.zip' target='_blank'>Needs these RTP runtime files.</a>
<a href='http://velv.net/FFEN.html' target='_blank'>And then you install the actual game on top of those files.</a>

It's a standard singleplayer RPG. See for yourself, really, it's worth it.

Ah, I wondered what 'Endless Nova' was, I saw it a short time ago on Abandonia but didn't download it. Is it worth playing bearing in mind I've already got a list of games to play and complete, does it deserve a place on that list?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the title of "Final Fantasy" not really mean anything except "And RPG made by Square" I mean, this isn't really so much of a final fantasy game as an RPG with the words Final Fantasy in the title, correct?

Eh. It's a could've-been-a-FF-game game at the least. Certainly has the same intricacy.

DarkATI, I would post a link to where I got the files, but HotU links are bant from the NS forums, so I'll be forced to email anyone who wants them, if the ones on that site do not work.
    Your email doesn't work.

New link for the runtime files. I feel like a gopher getting links, for the Star Wars: Revelations thread, now this. USE GOOGLE PEOPLE.

I love how some dude can throw something down in his spare time with Don Miguel's RPG Maker... and Square fans will rate it on par with Square's offerings.

This is why the FF games (save the first and the non-Square Legends series) are not worth your time.

Sorry to say it, guys, but Square are the best when they're not doing Final Fantasy games. Vagrant Story and Einhander are examples of this. Einhander...oh how I loved thee.
