Cal Server Rates...

I am wondering what the CAL server rates are set at. This includes the following:
sv_minrate/sv_maxrate
sv_minupdaterate/sv_maxupdaterate
sys_ticrate
<any others>

Is there actually a set standard?

Why not view the <a href='http://www.caleague.com/?division=nso' target='_blank'>CAL-Natural Selection </a> and select SERVER CONFIG?
