    Yeah from what I've heard, the movie was in production when Fox cancelled Family Guy and Seth MacFarlene just decided the characters were too good to give up, so he started on the movie. But then they got the green light for a few more seasons, so they stopped work on the movie to concentrate on the new series.

    Doesn't mean they'll never release it though, I guess.
