I am in need of a someone who can do basic modelling/skinning/animating on the Source engine for help with prototyping some secret project(s) I have in mind.
All work done will be entirely for prototypes to make sure I'm doing various things right on the code end of things, and thus, won't ever be released. In fact, some of the stuff I'll be asking you to do will be relatively secret, hush hush type stuff.
Since this is all for prototyping, your work doesn't need to be production quality (i.e. it can be crap), you just need to know the technical side of things to get it done.
Vital skills needed:
- Knowledge of Source modelling/skinning/animation, from creation in the editor to compiling, to getting in game.
- Ability to communicate w/ programmer who knows diddly squat about modelling
- Speed; I will need to have the models crudely made, crudely skinned, and crudely animated to get them done asap.
- Patience; Since I'm trying new things, you may be asked to scrap everything and start over, or to otherwise dramatically change everything you've done
Remember, this is all for prototyping, and your work won't ever be released.

Sucking at skinning is no problem. The skin can be in MSPaint for all I care.
Maybe if you know some peeps who don't frequent OT you could point em this way? :P
