    Are you aware that the Draw distance is too low? Or it could be a bug I dont know.
    Anyway, Hall of mirrors effect when comeing to door room and on alien side looking from corridoor through siege room windows into siege room the effect is their also.

    Yeah I got a few responses like that, but others say instead of the HOM effects it is plain black(including myself). I'll see what I can do with the next build(I have a list).

    im cursed because aways i loose at the storm siges.
    when finaly get the winner aliens teams we are lockdown in the hvie with a jet packs and heavies with gls holding alien hallway building sieges and blowing alll the 3 hives i said all 3.
    we try bunker at alien res ndoes but they are so much.

    After some testing <a href='http://stormsiege.notlong.com' target='_blank'>RC9</a> is up for consumption.

    6.24.05
    -------
    - Added left sided vent leading from hive room to the segment of Alien Halls where marines can siege from.
    - Cut 1 "starting" res node from each team
    - Changed the Undefendable Room's floorplan after removing the resource node from there(pitch black bug still there).
    - Shortened the segment of Alien Halls that connect to Undefendable
    - Used the free space to lengthen Short Halls and renamed to Long Halls
    - Rearranged the obstacles in Deal Breaker Room to be less annoying, but provide strategic advantages
    - Added 1 more resource node to the marine auxilary resource pool
    - Deal Breaker vent and Barrier Door weld times are both 5 minutes 30 seconds.
    - Various brush and texture adjustments
    - Tried to fix the 5 minute warning message for the siege door
    - Moved the location of a "secret" ready room button, updated tip messages
    - Added another "secret" button in the hidden room. Tip: "Chauncy"

    - Added second vent from Deal Breaker Room to Ramp Room
    - Lighting tweaks and additions (Undefendable has more ambient light in the rear)
    - Misc brush and texture tweaks (hopefully none from here on out)
    - Marine Barrier weld time decreased to 6 minutes 30 seconds
    - Deal Breaker Vents weld time increased to 5 minutes 30 seconds
    - Cut resource pool for both teams from 10 to 8 nodes
    - Added "backup resources" for marines 5 minutes before the siege door opens
    - Moved the "I AM Clan" shrine button to a new location (hive tips updated)
    - Shaved 25 minutes off of the total compile time in RC8

    Finally had a look through this (RC8, only a walkabout) and it looked pretty nice in-game. In the changelog, if "Various brush and texture adjustments" means you've fixed the barriers so that they don't occupy already used space and give you that <i>half there, half not</i> look, then fine> If not then please hollow them out so that the barriers (door entities) aren't half stuck in brushes.

    RC9 is comprised of RC8 changes that were playtested earlier. RC10 will most likely be the last version of Storm Siege.

    I would have stopped at RC9, but there was a strategy where marines would hold Deal Breaker and Ramp Room. After some time deal breaker would fall and marines would fortify ramp room.. auxilary res rooms would open and marine start to have a huge advantage over aliens. So I made some slight tweaks to fix that so marines wont have that advantage using that strategy.

    Also I fixed the clipping thing with the barrier doors(at the cost of some lighting), and the lame "pitch black" RAD problem around the stairs in Undefendable.
