Cmd_maxbackup Hit

Hi,
I have installed NS 1 day ago. Now when i am playing longer than 10 Minutes i get an error and get back to the server list. The error is: CMD_MAXBACKUP hit. I´ve got the newest version of NS and an AMD Athlon 2500+ with GF 5700 Ultra and 1 Gig Infineon ram.

How to fix this please?

    Check to see if the conditions listed in <a href='http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=101151&highlight=CMDMAXBACKUP' target='_blank'>this post</a> from the Steam forums are applicable to you (ie that's the type of router you have and if you direct connect to your Cable/DSL modem the problem goes away). If so you'll need to follow their instructions on how to change the firmware on your Router.
