Mulling Over Some Random Thoughs Of Interest...

...da dum da dum da...
So *chortle* is a British thing eh? http://www.chortle.co.uk/ Sorry comprox. (to that matter perhaps we can assume comprox is British / Is a fan of chortle?) Or perhaps I meant mulling (in "mulling over some random thoughts of interest...") as in the Mulling Corporation where you can get great books like the Mulling Factor or take the invigorating assessment. (laf.) If that doesn't "perk your tinny" you then perhaps you can you can go take that picture of you and place try aging it at if only life was as predictable, which so happens to be an odd advertisement for T-Mobile which happens to be my cellphone company which is based out of Atlanta, Georgia and the reason why I always have to dial the area code and then the number. Of course if you lived on Hawaii you could use fresh lava instead of an oven, though illegal if not outside of the park boundaries on the Puna side. Why it is illegal is anybody's guess (safety issues would be mine), I personally think that if you are spooning lava with a shovel and aren't being safe (like using your hand instead of a shovel) then you are responsible for your own stupidity. No? Hmm well there are some other stupid/odd state laws out there (seriously now): In Alabama, it is illegal to wear a fake mustache that causes laughter in church or drive blindfolded. In Kansas, it is illegal to shoot rabbits from a motorboat. In ohio, it is illegal to get a fish drunk. In North Dakota, it is illegal to lie down and fall asleep with your shoes on, and also illegal to serve beer and pretzels at the same time. In Florida, it is illegal to to have men seen publicly in any kind of strapless gown and to have sexual relations with a porcupine, which raises some "interesting" questions about Florida (state with the highest # of registered sex offenders btw, source: National Alert Registry & Loveline.) And the best for last, Texas, it is illegal to: take more than three sips of beer at a time while standing, to drive without windshield wipers (You don't need a windshield, but you must have the wipers), to shoot a buffalo from the second story of a hotel, to milk another person's cow, and a recently passed anticrime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed, not to mention the entire Encyclopedia Britannica is banned in Texas because it contains a formula for making beer at home. There are other such interesting inquires in this world. Such as why the Swedish Chef says bork? Why people would be mean to those who make typos? Why are the royal guard concerned about cheese? Why Duran Duran sings about what happens tomorrow? Why bible literalists come up with Matthew 6:34 for the answer to the previous question? Will we one day have a war between cyborgs and androids or will we be able to live together? For that matter what slang terms will we come up with when we are trying to label information on whether or not our android partner is "fully functional"? Why World News would get their domain name as the word especially? After all there’s no thirst like the thirst for knowledge. Especially (haha) when one considers the following quote: "Knowledge is power, power corrupts, so study hard and be evil!" With all that said I think I made a thread which is like the billion jigawatts (roofles for Dr. Fuzzy on this one) of all of the other threads in this forum, but in a super NEW! condensed form which doesn't waste space by making each point a new topic. My! If only the BUS was like that! Or is it nexus now? Scorpions that hover without flappin? Good lord that's old, but then I must say I pitty everyone who traverses this fourm and doesn't know what that is, what the gorge battle suit Mark IV is, and the various other countless oddities that go on here and elsewhere in this world virtual or reality.Last but not least I must recommend a cool site which allows you to make your own ringtones to which the one of this thread is titled in goes like this:

DADUMMMMM high-low-high-low-high *gande yet muted f major* DA DAAAAAAAA! DA DA DUM, DAAA, *progressively higher* DA DA DAAAA, *hold previous note while low descending* dum dum dum, *hold that note while higher now resumes progressively higher still* DA DA DA!!!, DA!!!!, DUM! *really loud, tres forte* DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

(hint: look at my post count )

Random enough for you? (actually they aren't really random, they are all connected one to the next but you have to work at it to see how)

PS: Zunni, how come you never replied to this thread about your head gear? (I'm assuming you probably didn't know about it) And also sorry about the atrocious delay but with all the recent work and school craziness I haven't had a moment go though my e-mail and PM inboxes, so une momento s'il vous plait.

PPS: NS really does have one of the best if not the best online communities. I mean it. <3

It's certainly the most random "post count milestone" post that I've seen.

No that title goes Confuzor. I don't think anyone could match that. Futhermore my post was filled with relevent off topic topics inside of the post. Making it not just a milestone anymore than a bumper sticker is just a whole car

Celebrating post counts is fun. For my 2001st post, I made a Discussion topic about the future of space travel, and the changing technology, then added on at the end, "2001: A Space Post".

I had to go back and edit a post because I lost track of the count, but I went to my 2101st post, and said, "In Post 2101, War was beginning..."

It's funny...because that's what my mind is like in a minute (although with other useless facts or events that happened during the day - since I haven't bothered remembering odd state laws yet). I'd assume I have some form of AADD...which doesn't bother me because it's actually useful to think about stuff really fast (but coincidently I'm still terrible at speaking with people because I like to mill over various directions the converstion could go...and by the time I'm done the conversation has been finished or aborted).

The strange thing is that my mind seems to have 3-5 strains that are seperate from eachother, running things at the same time (not quite like 3 consciousness...es at once, but like I inherently know I'm thinking about other things at the same time (...perhaps everyone's like that? I just assumed it was special ). As an example [at one freeze frame of mind for this thread] I was thinking about: what I should be typing in this post, my history exam (although writing this I'm reminded of my other history exam), a girl, and my roommate and his girlfriend and their annoying Food Network...

...and now they're: how I used "they're" instead of "their", a girl, sleeping soon and a book I need to read for Medieval history.

(although, sometimes it manages to dwindle down to only one or two thoughts at any moment - none really ever take precedence over the others)

...as an aside: you spelled "pity" with one too many 't's somewhere in there.

[this post needs more random facts]

More random thoughs? (though they aren't entirely random, it has to all connect)

Well as part of my planz (pans with a Z! That's right, I said it.) for E3 involved like taking pictures of

...then you find it's interesting you know to like look at yourself in the mirror and be like hwy what'd it'd be like if the whole world was inverted or something. And are we talking about fully inverting, just horzontal, characters only, words only, ...? I mean just look how confusing google look when it's character inverted. Nifty huh? You know Leonardo da Vinci was a pretty crazy fellow who used to write his research in backwards. It was kind of his security thing before he died. The cause could have been spleenage, as in: "This is excellent spleenage. (real quotes btw, in here) And speaking of mighty middle, middle earth that is, there are few "pictars" better than this one:

The general proposal of this thread reminds me of a game I invented off of the "crazy, yet cool" guy on Step by Step - one of those strange shows that existed during the strange, extremely long running of Full House...but that's of little concern, considering the three brothers in Full House all have different last names...which makes no sense at all. One is Katsopolis, one is Gladstone and one is Tanner. Tanner always seems to remind me of one of two things; Driver (before Driv-Three-er) or Biff Tannin from Back to the Future. On the subject of Back to the Future; there are a bunch of quirky facts here, many of which can be obtained from watching the DVD commentary (only a keen eye would notice that the mall is called "Twin Pines Mall" before Marty runs over one of Mr. Peabody's trees...whereafter it's called "Lone Pine Mall"). Time travel seems to be, although physically thought impossible, one of the most interesting aspects of games and films which I've recently discovered (playing with Timescales and such is fun) - especially evident with the great SNES classic Chrono Trigger. Which brings me to strange names - although Chrono makes sense in context, one game whose name makes no sense is "Syphon Filter" as the name was chosen before the game's plot was in production (Sometimes you can build your house upon the sand - since it became a series). As it stands that's a retarded way to name an evil virus, since a syphon and filter meet no interesting or descriptive parameters (for instance: Syphon - A pipe or tube fashioned or deployed in an inverted U shape and filled until atmospheric pressure is sufficient to force a liquid from a reservoir in one end of the tube over a barrier higher than the reservoir and out the other end. ). Which brings me to a new point, since siphons often focus on atmospheric pressure it seems that 'force a liquid' should be replaced with 'force a fluid'). Which brings us full circle, through retarded names, to Step by Step. In the show the character has lost some money he was holding for others, and through a series of completely inane connections he remembers he left the money in his pocket.

It is unfortunate that this way of thinking does not warrant the enter key.

Remember the "Wall of Lame" back in NS? Yeah apparently there's a pure text format to them.

No reason. Just figured you should know.

Rereading through that obscure list of BttF facts, I've noticed it says nothing about Doc's TVs. When Marty wakes up and eats dinner with his 'mom' Marty mentions having more than one TV, and one of the kids and Marty's grandmother remark that that's amazing, since TVs are expensive - and thus Marty must be lying. As you'll notice: Doc actually is rich, he has two TVs.

I think I'm done with the obscure facts (buy the series ).
