[texreq.] Grill Texture With Hole

ns.wad texture needs to be modified
I've been working on a ns map for some time now. There's is a location in my map for which I would need a modified version of fanbig texture.

I've removed the fan part from it already and all I need is a hole, that looks like an alien form had ripped it open with its claws.

The hole can be relatively large (so players can get through it) as long as there are some parts of the grill still remaining. The size won't be a problem, though, if you don't make it super small.

here's the texture: clicky!

Thanks in advance!

Do you want the size to stay the same? Please give suggested dimensions.

Umm.. if you mean the texture itself, then yes. If the size of the crack, then let's say.. 128x128, so half of that image. :

I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear enough, but that's what I'm looking for. A separate wad or bmp file. I just thought it would be kinda obvious. I'd hugely appreciate if someone could do this.

Oh no, that's not true!!! (i hope...). Oh yes, I checked the ns.wad file and {fanframe was of wrong colour. I want it to be blue instead of yellow, because that suits my map better. Also, if you have some extra time, you can recolour the texture (green or red with same brightness, hue etc setting). I hope someone will give this one a try, because I think it would benefit other mappers as well

Looks neat! I would implement it right away, but my mouse batteries are charging up (having quite hard time writing this ). I'll make sure to credit you in case I ever finish my map (which I'm truly aiming at). Thanks!

Thank you! I need to make the sides of some of the bar a little less flat, but it's pretty much complete.
