If there was auto-aim for multiplayer games, then I would use keyboard. I'm lazy and using the keyboard requires less movement, haha. But I use mouse nowadays for all games.

It's concievable that you could play rather well with WASD on move and the arrow keys on look, but I wouldn't like to play like that.

It's not that impossible to aim with keyboard only, though you will need about a day of practice before you are as good or better than newbie players(and even then mostly because you know what to do and they don't).
