Mic Problems

<div class="IPBDescription">Some ppl can't hear me, some can</div> Sooooo, this has only started happening recently and I've not changed any settings or anything that could affect it.

Basically, when I use my microphone, some people can't hear me: they say it sounds fuzzy and distorted. However other people can hear me absolutely fine.

When I test it, it sounds fine to me. I'm pretty sure its not a problem my end but would appreciate any ideas anyone has.

    Could be your video card.

    Sounds silly, but lower its <a href='http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=951' target='_blank'>PCI latency</a>, seems to have stopped my mic from going all screwy on ventrillo.
