Web Hosting

Something I am now without.
Okay, long story short, I need a good host.
Why? Well, my previous host was a friend, hosting me for free.
Was a friend. She has now decided that she hates me and I should never talk to her again, talk to her friends, which are my friends too or go anywhere near her house/friends/dog/postman/the store she buys her milk at/the guy who walks his dog past her house every morning/any forums she is signed up to and all that great stuff.
To say the least, she may be overreacting a little..
But she is the most stubborn person I know, so talking to her any time in the next decade, let alone getting access to my old webspace by the end of the month (She is changing hosts, so all my old stuff is going to go down the crapper real soon), is out of the question.
ANYWAYS To break away from the whining and back to the topic.
I am now without a place on the e-web to call my own, and without a good backup of my previous work..
Cheap is good. Reliable is good. Fast is preferable. Bandwidth isn't much of an issue, I don't take up much, but a amount would be nice either way for those odd days when I may choose to host something a little larger.
All the standard options would be nice (FTP/SQL and all that stuff). Webmail not needed (have gmail) but most places offer it no matter what.
Domains included with the packages would be nice, as I haven't ever set one up and would have no clue what I'm doing.. but not needed. I'm sure if I had issues.. well, I'd just come post here and ask for more help =/
So, yeah.. if anyone can help with my dilemma.. it would be great.
