I seem to lag in ns, my frames per second is usually 69-72. When I am around a group of people I start to lag (fps stays the same). I don’t know why I lag, can someone help. I think I am receiving to much data or something stupid.

The red line is a Choke problem, which normally results in a Warning: Connection Problem appearing in red at the top right of the screen.

Try setting your internet connection down one notch under Steam->Settings->Internet Connection.

Also, make sure you are not downloading anything else from the internet at the time.

Also, check your system for the usual nasties, and remove them if necessary.
