Force Software Mode

I am currently working on something whos main objective is to waste time.

How do I force NS to run in software mode. Any console commands. any scripts patches plugins thirdparty programs?

    Natural Selection uses customer texture modules that are just not possible to render in Software Mode, hence, it is not possible to connect to any servers when running Software Mode, you must choose either OpenGL, or Direct3D.

    If the PC you are trying to run NS on does not have hardware capable of rendering in OpenGL, or Direct3D modes, then I strongly suggest you either replace the PC, or do not attempt to play (relatively) new games on it.
