    The most recent thing i bought online wasn't from ebay...

    <a href='http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=36-151-019&depa=0' target='_blank'>http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...-151-019&depa=0</a>

    VERY nice headset for the money. I bought two... the 2nd one nearly paid for itself through shipping savings and discounts.

    Haven't purchased anything off of eBay yet, but I might have to in my quest for the ultimate Dreamcast collection.

    I was planning on selling my PS2 and games through it very, very soon, though.

    SoulSkorpian, I may be persuaded to sell it to you at a reduced price if you have other crap you'd want to trade <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    No thanks. If I could be bothered to buy a new one then I could be bothered to get the current one fixed properly. Thanks for the offer, though.

    There's a gigantic list of these, each one funnier (and usually more ridiculous) then the next.

    Was recently the successful bidder for Dead or Alive: Ultimate on Xbox (£14) and Ridge Racer Revolution on PSone (£2.50).

    Now you know this.

    Positive Feedback: 99.4% with a number 43409 by the sellers name, I'd say it's not, but that's just me.

    It's just a company that sells it's stuff through ebay, there's a lot of em.

    If it's a company my guess is they have some sort of tactic and aren't just selling a DS at 5 pounds / ~10 dollars for no reason. Probably their idea is to start reeeaaal low to generate a ton of interest, then when people are voting but trying to keep it down, they introduce some people to vote for the DS through other eBay accounts and spike the price slowly to something more moderate.

    Like;

    5 -> 22 -> 48 -> 73 -> 102.

    Otherwise I just don't see how selling it like that could be profitable for them. On top of that if one of their guys wins he Auction, it's okay because they neither gain nor lose money. And of course they probably did everything they could to cheapen their original acquisition.
