Is it possible to speed up the rate at which the commander view scrolls, when you have the mouse at the top, bottom, right, or left? it's incredibly slow and very annoying

personally, I don't see a need to up the scrolling speed, the only thing I can think of would be increasing your mouse sensitivity in-game, that could speed it up, but I wouldn't see how.
It could also be that your system is a bit slower, try eliminating all running processes. But other than that, I have no clue to up scroll speed.
Sometimes I get a VERY slow scroll speed on commander view. Only a restart of steam seems to fix it for me <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
