<div class="IPBDescription">Help.</div> Ok I have this error thats shuts me out of the game and returns me to the desktop and then says. Your .dll/client.dll does not match the servers. Making me mad and I don't know what to do. My brother and my sister are having the same problem. WE downloaded the 3.0 beta 5 version and wondered if that had anything to do with it. When we look at the servers we do see one sever that is a 3.5

Oops, you have the old version of NS.

Latest version is NS.v.3.0F for the clients, and NS.v.3.0.5 for servers.
All you need is the 3.0F clientside version, which can be found <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns/view?action=files' target='_blank'>here (link to NS file mirrors page)</a>.

Choose a mirror, download the 150-odd MB installer, then <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=90801' target='_blank'>follow the Community guide to installing NS...</a>

Do the above, then start laying NS, by opening Steam, going to Play Games, and double-clicking NS under Third Party Games...

What in thw world is software mode? everytime i run ns, i get this "natural selection doesnt support software mode" what do i do? when i play other half life games or mods its perfectly fine....
