Changing The Onos Sound

<div class="IPBDescription">Specific Request</div> Hey, custom forum, yay!
Ok, down to business, the sound that plays when you're trapped in the Onos' belly being digested frankly hurts my ears, its too bassy and its much louder than the rest of the game. All this combined with me using headphones generally results in an instant headache for me. And its much worse playing combat than NS because you get digested very often by TEH ***W@D SUPER ONOS.
(OT: Whatever happened to normal 10 level CO_ games... you know, the FUN ones that let you take a break from hours of NS_ for pure carnage?)
Anyways, what I want to do is replace the "inside the onos" sound with the little musical loop that you hear inside the secret room on ns_ayumi.
Anyone that could help me would be a lifesaver... it would make the digestion process much more tolerable, and possibly downright pleasant.

To answer your question - it's not possible. Your same question has been asked a few times in the past year, most notably <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=86772' target='_blank'>here</a>, <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=92427' target='_blank'>here</a>, and <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=92179' target='_blank'>here</a>. The answer is: NS plays the digestion sound about once every two seconds, and if you use a music clip that's longer than that, it'll stack up and sound like garbage.

on the hit and swallow sound attach a bit of a gap on its sound file then a in two seconds play the start/ wind up to a scream, for hte dig sound jsut keep the screem at said pitch that the hit swallow sound ends on and even tho the sounds over lap it just a scream at the same pitch
still would prolly sound lame any way
as i want to hear him gurgle and bones breaking just a seriously painfull acid like constrictive death

Wow! Nice way on handeling a question. Just say something that is VERY possable, is impossable.
Way to go. Now I haven't been on these forums as long as you have, but I have enough experience to say with confidence that replacing a sound is possable.
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[username]\half-life\ns\sound\player\digesting.wav
Just edit the sound, if you can, if not I'll just make it less anoying sounding. And send it to you.
That really pisses me off, just try and blow something off, and not even give a second of thought to actually help him.
Now that I actually look at your 3 examples. The 1st one was possable. The 2nd one was also possable and your reply was completely irrelivant, with a response much like this one, "not possable." And the 3rd one was almost exactly the same as this one. And no one really helped that guy as much either.
Then you got jack **** over here posting an image saying that the innocent person asking for a little help was, "pwned". What the hell is your guy's problems, seriously.
Now before you go off and start flaming back, think about what you posted first.
Was it really "not possable"?
Did you handle this post correctly?
Am I a jackass for still wanting to flame back?
Think about it. The internet is not always about being a retard and trying to always be better than everyone.
