its quite weird to see Ns, (Iiii) or (Iv), u even need some time to realize it is (iiii)

    Why? It's easier for the people who TYPE IN ALL CAPS TO HAVE THEIR THREAD RECOGNIZED, AND NOT ONLY THAT, LESSENS THE ANNOYANCE. MAYBE HAVE CERTAIN WORDS/PHRASES EXEMPT FROM THE RULE (E.G. NS, ETC!).
