No, the number of electoral votes for a state is equal to the number of people in the House of Representatives plus the number of people in the Senate for that state. Since every state has two senators and at least one representative, that makes three electoral votes.

Aside from universal healthcare, which lots of Democrats/liberals support, what else is wrong with her? I'm not really pro-Hillary either, I just don't get what makes her so horrible when compared to other male candidates of her party.

I probably wouldn't for her either, though.
But seriously, I would think she's a better choice than Kerry or Bush. You'd have to see who the Republicans decide to put up against her to decide.
I'd love to see a woman voted in as president. I think it'd be a terrific thing for the country. Just not those two.
