Help With Latest Family Guy

<div class="IPBDescription">spoiler possibly</div> Okay so there's one reference that's really getting to me because it sounds so familiar but I can't place it, and the family guy reference guide doesn't have it yet so I was hoping one of you guys might know. It occurs about 12 min 6 seconds into the episode just after they do the "crossing over" reference. What happens is there's this really familiar music, sounds like its from some kind of older hero show and they show Peter's face on a plaque and then flip it around to show Quagmire's face on the other side for the scene change. Any one recognize it?
