    Guessing that #nsbf2 is on gamesurge, as most NS channels.

    Go to options. Under Servers, go to GameSurge in the the first drop down box. Go to Random US Server (assuming your north american) in the second.
    In the tab above servers (cant remember what its called) enter name email, etc. Nothing has to be real, fake it if you want.

    Hit ok, then click the little lightning bolt in the top left to connect. Once you're connected, type in "/join #nsbf2" without the quotes. There ya go.

    Note: GameSurge has been under attack lately and you may have trouble connecting. Try a random EU server or just general random if the us doesn't work.
