Radio Commands Not Working...

<div class="IPBDescription">Read the title...</div> I got a problem with radio commands not working. For marines, when I press the "Requesting Order" button/command, I hear the voice of the marine talking, but the commander doesn't hear anything. And if he hits the spacebar, nothing happens. He doesn't hear anyhting, nor does the zooming to last radio command thingy.
