Mmhmm.
Okay: First off, how can I change it so when I hit my middle mouse click, it gives me a scroll that is just me moving the mouse up and down, for another middle mouse click nullifies it? I don't like scrolling the wheel.

Second off, is it possible to put the icons for certain sites on your toolbar for the ability to quick-click and have them?

    Tools > options > advanced > browsing

    Tick "Use Autoscrolling"

If the website has an icon, it should be displayed automatically once you have used the link in your toolbar.

There's a Bookmark Toolbar folder when you go to add a bookmark.

The icon does display, but what I'm looking for is to be able to place it on the toolbar itself as a button to get me to that site.

Right, though, without the text if possible.

Go to manage bookmarks and drag the links you want into the Bookmarks Toolbar folder:

Okay, and lastly, can I stick them on the main bar?(the one with file, edit, view, all those.) I've stuck my address bar, google bar, back/forward/reload whatever buttons there, now I just want to put these up there too, for maximum usability.

You probably can, but I don't know how. The official firefox forums would be the place to ask if you can't get an answer here.

The Bookmarks Toolbar is just a regular old toolbar, so do it the same way you did w/ the other toolbars...

    Now there are no icons.

Edit: And that turned out to be the fault of the theme.

But now, every time I click those, it opens it up in the bookmark sidebar. Can't I just have it open them in the main tab, or a new tab?

Right-click the bookmark. Is the "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" box checked? If so, uncheck it.

EDIT: I hate the following sentence.

You don't need to use the Bookmarks Manager to do that. When you add a bookmark, change the Create In field from Bookmarks to Bookmarks Toolbar Folder.

Anyone know how to get firefox to play sounds in mp3 format that are attached to a webpage...

More specifically those YTMND.com webpages where the sound is in mp3 format instead of WAV format.
