1)Remember the last time someone decided to do something politically daring in NH? I do too, that free state project worked really well (SARCASM). NH simply does not lend itself to political controversy. The most politically daring thing NH has done in the past 10 years has been to become a blue state last year.
2)NH has the third largest governing body in the entire effing world, after British Parliement and the US federal government. Anything that isn't liked can be stuck in commitee for quite a long time up here.
3)Even if the hotel is opened, I'd thikn it would most likely fail because there's nothing else in London NH! Nothing at all! No reason to go there ever, unless you like trees and northern hicks.
