Port Prob I Think

<div class="IPBDescription">kicks me out of game</div> whenever i try and enter a version 3.04 ns server i get kicked out after 10 seconds of play. Some guy said it had something to do wth my port adress or something but i have no clue on how to fix it.
any help would be helpful

What is the exact error message that your are getting?

Does the problem occur with every server that you are connecting to?

Does this problem occur in any other Half-Life MODs?

i can get into 3.03 servers ns but when i try 3.04 i get kicked.
it also happens with cs:source sometimes

no error screens pop up or anything when it happens, i just get botted out of the server after 10 seconds.

if i try joining 3.03 server i get booted after 10 seconds of play
if i try and join 3.04 server it freezes after 10 seconds of play
