Failed Attempt To Connect To Any Server

Well, I haven't played NS for a good 6-8 months now, so I figured that I would re-download it and give it a go again. Problem is, every time I try to connect to a server (full, empty, high ping, low ping, whatever), the connection meter gets about 2/3rds full, stops, and then times out after about 3 minutes. My computer isn't freezing or locking up or anything, it just stops.

Any ideas?
