The quality save box is going up...
For anyone that's used PhotoShop, they'll know another window comes up after you select the save destination and file name. Well, this box for me has "floated" up past my screen:

http://users.adelphia.net/~djlink128/How.jpg

As the picture asks, how can I bring this back down? Also, another wierd fact, everytime it comes up again, it goes higher than before.

That happens to me with some ordinary windows. Does tab or F work?

Everytime this happens to me, I wonder why they didn't design the "move" feature when you right click to fix this.

I think if you change your resolution to a larger one temporarily, you may be able to drag it down.

Force default settings when you load PS? (hold shft-ctrl-alt after you click to load it)

I don't have Photoshop, but maybe it has a drop-down menu where you can select which windows you want open? Checkmark or something.

It seems to have fixed itself. After it went out of the screen it came back to it's normal position. Thanks anyway guys.

try the windows std. hotkey of CTRL+Space to bring down the system menu, then press M for move, then use the keyboard arrows to move the window.
