Here's a little 33 second lyrics spoof my friends and I did of one of our favorite KSE songs, My Last Serenade. I hope you have as much fun bashing it as I had writing it!

KSE are crap, but that was a pretty cool new song. It reads like a Misfits song.

Technically, they're Metalcore, but I still consider them emo, due to their lyrics.

There is a pretty substantial difference. Take Alive or Just Breathing for example, the album itself tells a story about going from blinded rage to beaten and disheveled, to understanding and tolerance, to protection of others. It covers a range of emotion one might feel as they mature, which certainly makes it deeper than what you'd call emo, yeah?

Just because a song has emotion behind it doesn't make it emo music. Hell, I wouldn't want to hear a song without emotion. That's why I don't listen to pop.

    hmm, maybe you're right.
Most of the other music i've heard by similar bands is pretty emo though, so I just generalised a bit there.
